Hello Friends,
 
Be encouraged today friends, for God loves you and watches over you! Psalms 121:3(NLT) says, that “He who watches over you will not slumber” and “He will not let you stumble”. Certainly life’s challenges can provide temptation to doubt these promises. However, God’s stedfast love and reassuring presence will bring consistent victory in each test. I found an excellent illustration in an article I read about the famous baseball player Jackie Robinson. Mr. Robinson was the first black person to play in major league baseball. While breaking baseball’s color barrier, he faced difficult crowds in every stadium. While playing one day at his home field in Brooklyn, he committed an error. His own fans began to ridicule him. He stood at second base, alone and discouraged. Then shortstop “Pee Wee” Reese came over and stood next to him. He put his arm around Jackie Robinson and faced the crowd. The fans were silenced. What a wonderful example of friendship and love. Let me remind you again that God loves you and watches over you! His arm is around you, and He stands with you. Remember Romans 8:39 friends, “Nothing can separate you from the Love of God in Christ Jesus.”
