Pastor Noel Thomas Waller
Noel Thomas Waller is the Pastor and founder of Living Faith Church now located in Tomball, Texas. In 1981 Noel became a Christian after a near fatal accident. During this difficult time, Noel experienced the miraculous healing power and life restoring love of Jesus Christ. In 1983 Noel and his wife, Marcie were trained for ministry at Lakewood Church’s Bible Institute under the leadership of Pastor John Osteen. Noel is a graduate of Calvary Bible College & Seminary earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. In 2008, he received an Honorary Doctorate from Cornerstone University. Noel and Marcie currently serve as senior Pastors and enjoy teaching and preaching the Gospel and directing the ministries of Living Faith Church.

Pastor Marcie Waller
Marcie Waller is Co-Pastor and Office Administrator. She also leads the “For Women Only” meetings. Marcie is a graduate of Calvary Bible College and Seminary with a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education.
Brandy Rast
Brandy Rast is the Children’s Pastor. She also coordinates our Children’s Summer Camp.
Martin and Pat Ramos
Martin and Pat Ramos lead our Ushers and Greeters ministry.
